Document Collection Process

Once your pre-registration has been submitted via Realtime, the school your child will attend will contact you if additional documents are required. Additionally, since we anticipate that potentially the immunization and health forms that are required to be filled out by a licensed physician will not be avialable at the time of submission, you will be able to email the documents to the school your child will attend via the email address below. Please note:

1. This email address is only to be used for document collection.
2. Please contact each school to confirm they will accept documents via email.
3. Documents requiring original signatures must be submitted physically to the schools.
4. File size cannot exceed 25 MB.
