Public Legal Notices Information

The purpose of this page is to provide members of the Mahwah Public Schools community with transparent, timely, and convenient access to official public legal notices, as required by New Jersey State law. In accordance with recent legislation intended to modernize public notice requirements, this webpage serves as the District’s primary location for the publication of required legal notices.

Summary of Service

Consistent with a digital-first approach to public notice publication, this page provides free and continuous access to all required legal notices for the duration prescribed by law. In addition, a digital archive of legal notices is maintained for a period of one (1) year. For further public access and reference, all notices are also available through the New Jersey Secretary of State’s centralized statewide public notice directory.
