Statement of Non-Discrimination

The Mahwah Township Public School District prohibits discrimination in all of its programs and activities on the basis of race, color, national origin, gender, religion, age, disability, political beliefs, sexual orientation, and marital or family status. Persons with disabilities who require alternative means for a communication of program information (e.g., Braille, large print, audiotape, etc.) should contact the Office of Special Services.

The district's Affirmative Action Officer is the Assistant Superintendent of Schools.
