College Visit Off Campus Form
This form must be signed by your counselor 2 days before your visit. Forms submitted after the visit will not be accepted. Please plan accordingly and follow directions on the form so you can receive an excused absence. Travel days to and from college/university are not coded as excused absences.

Form to earn community service credits during study hall. This is NOT Option 2 Community Service.

This application is available from your guidance counselor or the Director of Guidance and subject to an approval process. If interested, see your counselor.
