    Making the Heart-Mind-Body Connection Utilizing HeartMath

    Emotional First Aid

    Emotional First Aid was created by the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP). This presentation shares a variety of self-care tools designed to calm the nervous system and decrease the effects of stress and trauma.
