    Making the Heart-Mind-Body Connection Utilizing HeartMath

This presentation provides simple and effective ways to bring your heart, mind, and emotions into balanced alignment.

    Emotional First Aid was created by the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology (ACEP). This presentation shares a variety of self-care tools designed to calm the nervous system and decrease the effects of stress and trauma. Participants will learn simple techniques to promote the healing process, encourage grounding, and enhance problem-solving and communication.
