    Stressful week and need to relax? The Yoga Experience is open to any student interested in exploring the mind, body and soul. The central focus is on hatha (physical) yoga and is available to students of all experience levels. Yoga sessions are heldweekly for one  hour. It is also a focus as students learn to relax the mind and body to escape from daily pressures and stress.

    Eligibility:

    All students in grades 9-12
