The Internet Public Library (IPL)  - The IPL is composed of two main parts:  First it has a collection of links to evaluated websites on a wide range of topics.  Second it offers a free "Ask A Question" reference service.  An area called "TeenSpace" offers Homework Help by subject, A Graphic Novels guide, a research paper guide, a poetry wiki, etc.
